Any comments below with low stars have no taste buds, and no patience. This family owned business is the best restraunt I’ve ever been to. The sushi is the best flavor, every part of it. Victor is the kindest waiter, whoever didn’t like it doesn’t like fish and doesn’t understand sushi. whoever said the waiter pays more attention to well dressed people is hilarious as that is highly untrue and it was probably a local he was talking with. Best sushi around and I’ve been to La and New York and JAPAN

Everything here was delightful! Our server, Victor, provided excellent service- fast, friendly, attentive and detailed oriented- he didn't miss a beat! The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, clean and well kept, food was prepared with skill, and everything was cooked to perfection. I'm very particular on how I like certain things and this place (thanks to Victor's service and accommodating nature) did not disappoint. I definitely plan to come back soon!!

What atmosphere! I really don’t want to share this magical bar and superb sushi place because when you go here and discover I’m right it won’t be that perfect quiet spot for me anymore. Get a rail old fashion. It’s perfect. And the sushi is a work of art for your taste buds. You know you’re gonna want to go

Just north of the local jazz bars on Frenchmen St. sits a delicious sushi restaurant with chill vibes. Excellent service and a cornucopia of clientele adds to the friendly atmosphere here. Highly recommend the unagi!

Wasabi sushi exceeded all expectations! The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor—especially the Charlie Brown Row . The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making the entire experience unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

This spot is easily one of my favorites in the city. The sushi is fresh and delicious, the ambience and vibes are immaculate, and our waiter Victor is incredible every time. Wish there were more stars to give!
